All our prices include collection from our local Wigton office. If delivery is required then please let the team know at the time of ordering and the price will be added to your quote.
We are happy to accept payment in the form of Paypal, bank transfer or cash. Unless you are an account customer, we require full payment before we start work. All our online payments are conducted through the trusted and secure online payment gateways: PayPal.

We sell a wide range of printed and promotional materials, vehicle graphics and online management services. Our core range includes but is not exclusive of business cards, booklets, leaflets, flyers, stationery, stickers, invitations, posters, postcards, banners, window decals, vehicle wraps and part wraps, website building and social media management. Please get in touch with the team to discuss your requirements.
The best way to find the perfect product for you is to contact our sales team and talk to them about your requirements. Each job is unique to the customer and we pride ourselves on creating your vision.
We will keep hold of any artwork that we have previously used for 2 years after it's been dormant (unless special circumstances have been discussed and agreed by Parakeet Print and the customer). If you want the item to be the same within this time period then it will be made using the same artwork, however after this time, we will have to reproduce the artwork and there may be slight differences in the design. There may also be a difference due to circumstances out of our control; such as material or supplier changes. If these changes are significant then we will discuss them with you prior to the commencement of the job.
We do every thing we can to reduce print waste and improve our environmental impact. We have recycled options on the majority of our materials and products - please discuss this with the team when ordering.

We try our best to deliver a speedy service. If you have a deadline then please let us know at the time of order. If you need your order fast, then we will work with you to try and make this happen. We will always be honest with you and if the deadline is not possible we will let you know from the start.
We hope that you will always receive your order on time but as we use courier services sometimes things are out of our control, and an order may be delayed. Please be assured that the team will do all they can to rectify any issues and communication will be clear and frequent.
Your order will be available from collection from our offices in Wigton, Cumbria unless requested for delivery. Local Cumbrian delivery will be handled personally by a member of the Parakeet team, however for orders further afield we will use a courier to post. If you would prefer to arrange your own courier then please discuss this with the team at the time of ordering.
Absolutely! We can deliver to any address that you provide, as long as you let us know at the time of ordering. Please note that there may be differences in price of delivery depending on where delivery is to.
If you need to change the delivery address of an order you have placed, then please do so as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery destination.
We can deliver to anywhere in the UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands. If you need delivery outside of these locations then please contact the team to discuss options. Prices for delivery can be obtained on request by contacting us at hello@parakeet-print.co.uk
We will always package your goods safely and securely to ensue their safe delivery. However, please note that we sometimes use recycled packaging so your order could arrive in a different branded box. This is part of our sustainability policy.
We have a huge variety of products, each one tailored to each unique customer, so it would be impossible to provide a price list. It is best to contact us and we will be able to give you an idea of cost for your requirements.
You can contact us to ask any questions about your order, invoices and payments. We can also provide any historical invoices on written request for up to 2 years.
All online payments are made via our secure payment gateway; PayPal. Please note that none of our payment gateways ever divulge your credit card information to anyone, including Parakeet Print, so you can rest assured that your billing details are safe.
We work hard to make sure you order is produced to our high standards. In the unlikely event that you find something wrong, please contact us and explain the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Each of our products is made just for you, so unfortunately once you have confirmed the order we cannot cancel it. Please contact the team if you have any questions concerning this.
You will be required to proof your order before we confirm production. Please make sure that you look carefully over all aspects of the design proofs as this will be your sole responsibility. If you notice a mistake or something changes with the design after you have completed your order then please contact us via phone asap! We cannot guarantee that we can do anything if we have already started production, but we will do what we can to rectify the situation. Please be aware that this may incur extra charges that must be covered by you, the customer.
